In May 2023 we presented the Iron Kingdoms Requiem Bundle featuring the latest version of Iron Kingdoms: Full Metal Fantasy, the mecha-fantasy RPG setting from Privateer Press, newly adapted for the Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition rules. Steam power and gunpowder meet sword and sorcery in the Iron Kingdoms, a fantastic world rebuilding itself after an apocalypse. Armed with mechanika and accompanied by mighty steamjacks, you’ll play a human, gobber, trollkin, Rhulic dwarf, ogrun, Iosan, or Nyss elf in an adventuring company of gunfighters, gun mages, warcasters, arcane mechaniks, and combat alchemists. Explore the soot-covered cities of the Iron Kingdoms as the world marches onward to industrial revolution.
We presented the original 2013 Iron Kingdoms standalone RPG in the very successful September 2016 Iron Kingdoms Bundle. That game, based on Privateer’s popular WARMACHINE miniatures game, is set on the continent of Immoren, where dozens of squabbling states use arcane mechanika to fight ancient feuds. In 2021 Privateer ran a spectacular US$594K Iron Kingdoms: Requiem Kickstarter campaign to adapt the standalone RPG as a campaign setting for D&D 5E. Released in 2022, Iron Kingdoms: Requiem shows the once-thriving Kingdoms recovering from an infernal invasion called the Claiming. One early Requiem release, Legend of the Witchfire, is a direct sequel to the d20 System trilogy that launched the original RPG setting 20 years earlier.
Privateer followed the Requiem Kickstarter with the October 2021 Iron Kingdoms: Borderlands and Beyond ($329K) and Iron Kingdoms: Into the Deep Wild. This all-new Iron Kingdoms Requiem Bundle presented most of the Requiem line through Borderlands.
There were five Fifth Edition titles in our Starter Collection (retail value $65) as DRM-free .PDF ebooks, including the complete Iron Kingdoms: Requiem Campaign Setting (plus the free Player Character Sheets); the 5E version of Monsternomicon; the GM’s Toolkit; the full-length adventure Legend of the Witchfire; and an introductory adventure originally released for Free RPG Day 2021, An Echo in the Darkness.
[Note: We presented the original version of the Monsternomicon, for the standalone Iron Kingdoms RPG, in our September 2016 Iron Kingdoms Bundle. This was the version for D&D Fifth Edition.]Those who paid more than the threshold (average) price also got our entire Bonus Collection with five more titles worth an additional $70, including the wilderness expansion Borderlands and Beyond (and the companion GM sourcebook The Borderlands Survival Guide), along with the adventures Shadow of the Seeker, Escape the Mind Slavers, and A Strange Light Breaks.
You need the Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition rules, not included in this offer, to use these books.
Ten percent of each payment (after gateway fees) went to this Iron Kingdoms Requiem offer’s designated charity, Direct Relief. Direct Relief sends protective gear and critical care medications to health workers, with emergency deliveries to medical facilities across the US and to regional response agencies across the world.
