In January 2026 we presented the all-new Eichhorn Mörk Borg Bundle featuring diseased grimdark English-language sourcebooks by Christian Eichhorn for the artpunk FRPG Mörk Borg from Swedish design teams Ockult Örtmästare Games and the Stockholm Kartell, published by Free League Publishing. A doom-metal album of a game, a spiked flail to the face, the rules-light old-school Mörk Borg makes you a miserable heretic enduring a bleak, dying world. Christian Eichhorn gives you new miseries, new heresies to help you hasten the demise: playable War Pigs, Burned Cultists, and warrior monks; monsters like the Seven Sin Devil, Blight Pixies, Soul Leech, Soul Oven, and Giant Land Squid; and campaign-level enemies like the Possessed Heretics and the Cult of the Golden Tongue. Everything blasts at you in a phantasmagoric Mörk Borg in-your-face graphic stampede of loud typefaces and samizdat clipart collages, all in service to a sublime disrespect for the sanctity of life.

In our past Mörk Borg offers Christian Eichhorn contributed supplements like Vaults of Torment, Galgenbeck Sacrifice, Purgatory, and Temple of the Kraken God, and our CY_BORG Darknet offer last March was all Eichhorn. Taking the Mörkian Old School Revival approach, Christian lays out an array of plot elements the gamemaster hacks together like a cackling alchemist. This all-new Eichhorn Mörk Borg Bundle gathered many recent descents into darkness by this prolific designer, mostly funded in his thirty-two (and counting!) Kickstarter campaigns. You’ll never have more fun catching Emerald Scabies and Yellow Eye Worms.

There were ten titles in our Eichhorn Mörk Borg Collection (retail value $101) as DRM-free .PDF ebooks, including four sourcebooks full of new classes, monsters, and dungeons – Apocrypha, Hallowed, Monsters!, and Refuse; two full-length adventures – Death & Taxes and Monochrome; three print-and-fold pamphlet mini-adventures – The Factory, Holy Femurs, and Rat Cellar; and Christian Eichhorn’s Commercial Map Pack with 40 hand-drawn maps you can use in your own published RPG titles.

Note: These third-party supplements require the Mörk Borg rulebook. You can download the free Mörk Borg Bare Bones Edition plaintext rules from co-designer Johan Nohr’s itch.io page or from morkborg.com.
