Through Wednesday, October 28 we present an all-new October Horrors offer: Blue Fox Cthulhu, featuring Cthulhu Mythos digital gamebooks and graphic novels from Blue Fox Publishing. Explore shadowed Innsmouth and remote Scottish isles in pick-a-path gamebooks of impressive scope and challenge. As you follow your own path through the story, across hundreds of numbered and hyperlinked paragraphs, you control every action of your investigator. Every decision could lead one step closer to victory or death. Decide the outcome of battles using two six-sided dice. You probably won’t make it through on your first attempt (nor second, nor third), but don’t despair. Re-enter the story and forge a new path toward your goal.
Founded in 2015 in Linlithgow, Scotland by Simon Birks and Marielle Bouleau, Blue Fox publishes a large line of character-driven comics, graphic novels, and gamebooks in science fiction, fantasy, and horror genres. This offer also includes Blue Fox’s comic-book adaptations of famous Mythos tales (The Shadow Over Innsmouth, The Thing on the Doorstep, Cool Air) and a colorful and inventive follow-up to HP Lovecraft’s “At the Mountains of Madness.” Funded (along with the rest of the Blue Fox line) in nearly a hundred (!) successful Kickstarter campaigns, these reimaginings show how today’s creators are recasting the foundational Mythos works for a modern audience.
Pay just US$17.95 to get all nine titles in our Blue Fox Collection (retail value $87) as complete DRM-free .PDF ebooks, including three Cthulhu Mythos gamebooks – Innsmouth: The Stolen Child, The Curse of Cthulhu Book 1: These Strange and Deadly Shores, and Book 2: The Flames That Consume Us; three book-length graphic novels inspired by Lovecraft stories – The Mountains of Madness, The Shadow Over Innsmouth, and The Thing on the Doorstep; and the first three issues of a five-issue comic adaptation of Cool Air.
If you face the shoggoth unarmed and unprepared, turn to 492. If you instead protect yourself with this Blue Fox Cthulhu offer, go to https://bundleofholding.com/presents/BlueFox – but do it before this offer sinks in the Innsmouth harbor Wednesday, October 28.
