In March 2018 we presented two new offers featuring Deadlands Reloaded, Pinnacle Entertainment‘s update of its classic Weird West RPG Deadlands for the Savage Worlds system. First we hit the trail with the Deadlands Reloaded Bundle, which had the core Savage Worlds and Reloaded rulebooks and the key supplements for this haunted setting. Then we rustled up a posse of adventures with Deadlands Servitors, a big collection with all four giant “Servitor” Plot Point campaigns: The Flood, The Last Sons, Stone and a Hard Place, and Good Intentions.

(Read Keith Athey’s extensive summary of the Deadlands setting at Tales From the Savage Troll.)

Ten percent of each payment (after gateway fees) for these two Deadlands Reloaded offers went to the charity selected by Deadlands designer Shane Lacy Hensley, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

1. Deadlands Reloaded

This first offer was ideal for players new to Deadlands. There were five titles in the Deadlands Reloaded offer’s Player’s Collection (retail value $44), including the compact Explorer’s Edition of the Deadlands Reloaded Player’s Guide, the Ghost Towns location sourcebook, the Grim Prairie Tunes soundtrack of atmospheric background music for your play sessions, and the complete Savage Worlds Deluxe rulebook, plus the Map o’ the Weird West and the free Classic and Reloaded Conversion Guide.

Those who paid more than this offer’s threshold (average) price also got this offer’s entire Marshal’s Collection with nine more titles worth an additional $55, including the Marshal’s Handbook (Explorer’s Edition), the monster manual Grim Prairie Trails, Trail Guides Volume 1, the Blood Drive adventure trilogy (1: Bad Times on the Goodnight, 2: High Plains Drovers, and 3: Range War!), and the adventure collection All the Purty Little Horses. After launch we added The Art o’ the Weird West, a beautiful full-color collection including art for the Deadlands 20th Anniversary Edition and much more; and the GM Screen Inserts with reference charts for use with any landscape gamemaster screen.

2. Deadlands Servitors

The Weird West of the alternate 1880s is blighted by the Reckoners, four otherwordly entities: Famine, War, Pestilence, and Death. Their Servitors on Earth — the Reverend Ezekiah Grimme, Susquehanna shaman Raven, mad scientist Darius Hellstromme, and the undead assassin called Stone — work to make the American frontier a Deadland. The posse of player characters can face down and drive out these evil minions of apocalypse (they can try, anyway) in four immense “Plot Point Campaigns” that stretch across the Weird West: The Flood, The Last Sons, Good Intentions, and Stone and a Hard Place. Any one of these Servitor campaigns can keep your group busy for months. This Deadlands Servitors offer presented all four campaigns, plus lots of bonus material and even atmospheric music tracks.

There were three titles in this offer’s Starter Collection (retail value $44), including The Flood, The Last Sons, and the Good Intentions music album Blood, Sweat, and Gears.

This offer’s Bonus Collection had ten more titles worth an additional $69, including Stone and a Hard Place, Good Intentions, and a passel of maps, characters, figure flats, and bonus material from the January 2015 Stone and a Hard Place Kickstarter campaign and the September 2016 Good Intentions Kickstarter.
