In September 2022 we revived the February 2018 Heroes Unlimited Bundle featuring Heroes Unlimited, Kevin Siembieda‘s RPG of superheroic action from Palladium Books. For more than 30 years Heroes Unlimited has let you create any type of comic-book hero you can imagine, and the comprehensive 1998 Second Edition, along with its companion Aliens series, expands to galactic scale. It’s called “Unlimited” for a reason.
Once again there were five titles in this revived offer’s Starter Collection (retail value $55.50) as DRM-free .PDF ebooks, including the complete Heroes Unlimited 2E rulebook, along with the first volume in the Powers Unlimited™ series, Villains Unlimited™ 2E, the city sourcebook Century Station™, and Mutant Underground.™
Those who paid more than the threshold (average) price also got this revival’s entire Bonus Collection with seven more titles worth an additional $66.50, including the Game Master’s Guide, Gramercy Island (a supervillain prison), Aliens Unlimited™ Revised and its companion Galaxy Guide, the adventure/sourcebook Armageddon Unlimited™, and two sets of print-and-cut paper miniatures.
Ten percent of your payment (after gateway fees) went to this Heroes Unlimited offer’s designated charity, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. NCMEC provides services, resources, and technical assistance to child victims of abduction and sexual exploitation, their families, and the professionals who serve them.

Hi,
I bought the starter collection back in 2018 but I notice there’s no way for me to buy the Bonus collection now – even by buying the entire bundle.
Not an urgent thing as I don’t want the Bonus collection for this particular bundle but it’s one of the first “repeats” I’ve encountered where “Past Me” had done this so it’s the first time I’ve seen the behaviour.
Ideally charge the difference for “Upgrades” like this – if you want to include a penalty for not being decisive first time around I could understand (especially as it’s for charity) but in this particular case, if I was desperate to get the Bonus Collection I’d have to create a new account under a different e-mail address which would make managing my collection difficult
I apologize for the tech limitations of the Bundle of Holding platform — the programmer says it would be a complex undertaking to permit upgrades of a past purchase after the original offer has ended. Given the small number of cases so far, I’ve treated the idea as a low priority.
